Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is not used, worn, dirty, or damaged. The product must be in the same condition you received it, with original packaging.

To request a return, email us at velinasweden@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll get back to you with instructions and the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend tracked shipping.

Once we’ve received and approved the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
