Shipping Policy / Leveranspolicy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days Shipping fee: 79 kr

  • International (outside Sweden): 5–10 business days Shipping fee: 299 kr

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays, weather or customs delays.

Customs & Import Duties
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge additional customs fees or import duties. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Providers
We use reliable shipping partners such as PostNord, DHL, or similar depending on the destination.

Responsibility

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays, lost or damaged packages after the order has been marked as delivered.

If you experience any issues with the delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double check your address before placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
